Jason Pang,
Founder and CEO

Mr. Pang serves as Chief Executive Officer of PRIMA Cinema driving the vision behind a new cinematic business model for the film industry. Prior to founding PRIMA Cinema, Inc., Mr. Pang was the first employee at DivX, Inc. from pre-funding in 2000 to a successful IPO in 2006. As Worldwide Sr. Director of Global Accounts, he led global licensing agreements with Philips Electronics, Sony, Samsung, LG, and Pioneer to ship DivX technology in DVD players sold worldwide. Mr. Pang also oversaw the worldwide Product Marketing and Channel Marketing organizations to direct worldwide trade show designs and promotions at events such as CES in Las Vegas and IFA in Berlin.

Prior to DivX, Mr. Pang was a Manager at Accenture, a leading global technology consulting firm, with a specialty in Technical Architecture. He designed and delivered large scale ERP solutions as well as custom developed software, infrastructure design, and data center operations.

Mr. Pang holds both an MS and BS in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Albert Chow,
CFO and SVP Operations

Mr. Chow is responsible for Finance, Strategic Planning, Product Management, and Corporate Operations within PRIMA Cinema. He previously served as Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development at DivX, Inc. where he determined the long term corporate direction, internal strategy, financial planning and successfully completed the acquisition and integration of several M&A transactions.

Previously, Mr. Chow served in senior management positions at Yahoo! and Memec LLC and at Bain & Company as a strategy consultant in the private equity group. He began his career as an engineer at Motorola.

Mr. Chow holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, majoring in finance and strategy; and has a BS in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Richard Jenkins,
SVP Content

Mr. Jenkins leads the content licensing business with all major studios as well as other premium content providers. He has spent over 15 years working with the major Hollywood studios, TV networks, sports owners, music labels and online content publishers to structure, negotiate and close deals both domestically and internationally.

Mr. Jenkins was a co-founder of NXTV, the leading digital VOD provider to the 5-star luxury hotel market deployed in over 50,000 high-end luxury properties around the world, and successfully negotiated the first digital and HD rights with all the major Hollywood studios & TV networks.

He also founded Emerging Media Group (EMG) providing consultancy services to emerging entertainment platforms such as online, mobile, and IPTV companies and also to more traditional platforms such as cable, satellite and other VOD providers. Prior to working in the United States, Mr. Jenkins served at International media and well respected Advertising companies such as Saatchi & Saatchi in the UK, Newsweek International in Hong Kong and Batey Advertising in Singapore.

Mr. Jenkins holds a BA in Business Studies with Honors from the London Business School.

Shaiwal Priyadarshi,
SVP Technology

Mr. Priyadarshi serves as head of Technology, leading the engineering product development efforts for PRIMA Cinema. He brings 17 years of experience developing core technologies and products for internationally recognized security and entertainment companies such as Ademco, Matsushita (Panasonic) and Toshiba. At DivX, Inc. he contributed and oversaw the design, development and launch of new revenue generating technologies. Previously at MDI, Inc., a subsidiary of Honeywell, his team designed and built one of the first profitable and high-resolution, large-scale, network-based Digital CCTV Systems installed in the US.

A veteran systems architect and developer, Mr. Priyadarshi has designed hardware product lines, collaborated with industrial design and manufacturing houses, is lead inventor on 4 patents and contributor to many more patents ranging from physical security systems to multimedia DRM and multimedia playback experience enhancements.

Mr. Priyadarshi holds a BS in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the University of Edinburgh.

William Shawn Yeager,
SVP Business Development

Mr. Yeager is responsible for emerging business opportunities and strategic partnerships at PRIMA Cinema. He most recently served as the VP of Business Development at Matchmine LLC, managing sales, client services and implementation. Prior to Matchmine, he co-founded Auditude Inc., the premiere content tracking firm serving media houses, content owners, advertisers and agencies. Mr. Yeager served alternatively as CEO and Vice President of Business Development and co-invented Auditude’s signal processing technology for media identification, holding US Patent 7,421,376. He also held positions at 3Com, Pointcast and SearchByMedia.

Mr. Yeager holds an MBA and JD from UC Davis and graduated with honors from UCLA with degrees in Economics and Political Science. He is a member of the Georgia Bar.
